A Sex Change isn’t your average trip to the doctor’s office to get a mole removed, or to receive the results of your most recent Mammogram. A Sex change is a term popularized by trannies and Lady boys all across the modern world, and both male and female patients can receive one, depending on their original genitalia at birth.
You could turn a he-she into a she, or a shemale into a hermaphrodite, or even more drastically, you could turn a Laura into a Larry. It is a costly and complex medical procedure that many transgender individuals seek out specifically to alter, redesign, or implement some brand new genitalia. It’s difficult to imagine what this procedure would entail, or what it would look like on the operating table, but I imagine it might be something like mashing together that old buzzer-triggered board game “Operation” with “Mr. Potato head,” slapping the rules and game pieces together to create one, unified disfigurement of a board game. However, I could be wrong. Maybe it’s more like getting a cavity filled; you drill a hole, or fill one up, and when it’s all said and done hardly anyone even notices the difference.
