A nocturnal emission is an ejaculation in one’s sleep as the result of a sexually stimulating dream. In other words, if you wake up and your pajamas are filled with your cream because of a hot sex dream, that fluid is your nocturnal emission. It is also the result of what is known as a “wet” dream. Although both men and women have them, they are more common to men.
