Exhibitionism is the tendency or desire to expose oneself in public for sexual excitement. You remember that scene in “Old School” where Wil Ferrell goes streaking through the quad? That’s exhibitionism. It is known by the law as indecent exposure, but most of the rest of us just call it streaking or flashing. There really is no harm to it, except it might upset little old ladies who just want a nice, quiet walk when they leave the house.
I myself dabbled with exhibitionism from time to time. Once, on a long road trip with some buddies, I mooned a carload of hot young women. They laughed their heads off and one of them reciprocated by flashing our car her boobs. They were small, but it was still awesome.
