Slang term for an erection, especially prevalent among pubescent boys where it has caused the common misconception that human males have a bone in their penis. Curiously, however, most mammals do have a bone in their penis. It’s called the baculum, or penis bone. Humans and rabbits are unusual for not having one. Apparently, some people wear a raccoon baculum as a good-luck charm or fertility talisman. Maybe that’s a little weird, but okay. We don’t like to judge. I guess the rest of us use a rabbit’s foot because, as we now know, rabbits don’t have a baculum. They are pretty much the same thing on paper, we suppose (raccoon penis, rabbit’s foot — six of one, half dozen of the other), but we’re going to stick with the rabbit’s foot just the same. Interestingly, some animals have a penis bone as long as two feet! Go science!
