When you give someone birthday sex, you’re supposedly giving someone special sex on their birthday, which many people tend to think should be oral sex. I don’t really think oral sex should be considered ‘special sex’. I mean, isn’t it kind of on the regular menu at all times? Oral is one of those things that should really be part of the regular sexual rotation (or at least semi-regular). I’d consider birthday sex to be anything sexual that’s out of the ordinary, an adventure, apart from your regular sexual routine. This means it’s going to depend on what your sexual appetites are and what you usually do for fun in (or outside) the bedroom. Perhaps if you only have sex with one partner, maybe for her birthday you could send her off to get a little strange, let her get some from one of her friends that she’s been lusting after. Or if the two of you usually engage in a lot of BDSM, bondage and role play, perhaps you could dial it down a notch and light some candles, have a bath together, watch an erotic movie (try Stealing Beauty…hot coming-of-age film in steamy Italy) and just make out for awhile, or play one of those weird sex board games where you roll the dice and depending on where you end up on the board you have to do some type of sexual thing to your partner.
Another fun idea, and this one’s from yours truly, is to do kind of a back and forth sex game, where for two minutes you have to engage in a fantasy that your partner wants, and then once the two minutes are up, you switch and you get to pick the sex act for the next two minutes.
