Millionaire American poker player and Instagram famous playboy, Dan Bilzerian is getting some media attention for something other than his Instagram photos.

Earlier this week Bilzerian was lounging around poolside doing a photo shoot for Hustler Magazine when he decided that one of his companions should take a dip in the pool. Things didn’t go so well for said companion, who happened to be 18 year old pornstar, Janice Griffith, and it was all caught on video.

In the video seen here, you see Bilzerian and the petite pornstar on the roof of a Hollywood Hills mansion. He picks her up seemingly by her pussy and prepares to throw her in the pool. The two can be heard talking, him reassuring her that it’s going to be okay.

He then tosses her off of the roof and towards the pool. She’s heard screaming and someone, we assume Bilzerian yells “Oh Shit!.” Griffith lands partially in the pool but definitely not all the way in. Her foot hit the pool deck and is now broken according to this post on her Twitter account.
