This Saturday January 18th the AVN Awards will be happening at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. The awards will be hosted by adult industry stars Chanel Preston and Samantha Saint and happen on the final day of the Adult Entertainment Expo.

Dubbed as being the “Oscars of Adult” , the award show is put on by AVN (Adult Video News) Magazine and have been happening for almost 3 decades now. The first awards were given out in February of 1984 for the 1983 year and have grown immensely in popularity since then with over 3,500 people having attended last year.

The event has been broadcast on television since 2008, with there being millions of people tuning in each year. The awards show also features performances from top mainstream comedians and musicians, and a dapper red carpet pre show featuring not only hottest pornstars in the adult industry but some of the biggest stars from the mainstream entertainment industry as well, this is definitely a must see event.
