Sure we all want to look like, fuck, be cool like porn stars, but we all also know it’s not so realistic a wish. What is good about porn is that it is fantasy, we might strive to recreate what we see but for the most part none of us can even get close. From the clothes worn-or not worn-the sets, the multiple characters and the stamina,to dirty talk, we know we can’t match the goings-on of our favorite porn guy or girl.
We also can’t really speak like our favorite porn stars do.
What comes across wild, hot and oh-so-raunchy in a film will sound stunted and forced with a partner, especially one we know real well. We’re better off just keeping to what we feel, how we say what we say. Yes, if it’s a new lover we are with we might get by with a naughty suggestion or two that we happened to hear from our favorite download or a recent DVD we viewed, but generally talking the talk and walking the walk should be left to professionals.
And really, remember, porn stars are acting. They don’t really feel or at least feel to the extreme what they say in a film most of the time. You don’t want to act in bed nor do you want the person you are with acting their pleasure with you. Our sex lives should not be scripted, they should just flow naturally and what we say can as much impede and influence action as what we do in bed. We are not, none of us, porn stars, nor should we really ever act or talk like one.
Only trained professionals should try such arduous feats.
We all want to be a little more skilled, a little more suave, a little more breast-y and better hung, but in the end we all know the good sex we have is good because it involved us and our partner being who we are not reciting anyone else’s lines or acting in any way that is not our way.
