The Duke University student who was recently outed as being a pornstar by a freshman classmate, previously known only by the alias Lauren, has decided to reveal herself to the world.

She has been harassed on the internet and in person, threatened and has even been stalked. She’s hoping now that revealing her true identity will get people to lay off of her, at least a little bit. Fellow pornstar Tasha Reign, who is a student at UCLA, spoke out and wrote an open letter to Lauren supporting her.

Her name is Belle Knox, Duke University Sociology & Women’s Studies double major and barely legal bisexual pornstar. Prior to this scandal she seemed to have flown under the radar in the porn industry, now she has over 12.5 thousand (and counting) followers on twitter alone.
